Quoted prices are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.
All sales of goods are F.O.B. place of shipment.
Our standard terms of payment are net thirty (30) days, subject to the approval of our Credit Department. We accept credit cards as a form of payment, a two percent (2%) processing fee will be added to the balance being invoiced. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged to the overdue balance.
We warrant the title and merchantability of the goods. Goods proven defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge provided that written notice is delivered to us within fifteen (15) days after the date of delivery.
We will provide a warranty against failure due to defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Our warranty does not apply to

Under no circumstances, whether as a result of breach of contract or warranty, tort, or otherwise, shall we be liable for any loss of business, consequential damages or loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the equipment or any associated equipment, and any other expenses incurred by the purchaser or any other entity whether directly or indirectly arising out of the goods sold hereunder and our liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement or repair of the defective goods sold. The foregoing warranty shall be in lieu of and excluded all other warranties express or implied including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
The purchaser will fully inspect all goods upon receiving the delivery. Should the goods be found defective or damaged, or non-conformity, the purchaser shall notify us within fifteen (15) days of the date of delivery. The failure to make a timely claim shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and the waiver of any and all claims. No Goods shall be returned by the purchaser unless authorized in writing. We may, at our option, repair or replace the defective or nonconforming goods or refund the purchase price thereof.
No goods shall be returned for credit without written approval from our authorized official. Goods returned for any reason other than defective will be subject to inspection to ensure the returned goods to be in good and sellable condition. A 30% restocking charge as well as freight cost will be deducted from the credit.
The purchaser shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all loss, liability, claim, cause of action, cost, judgment, or damages, including attorney fees, for any personal injury, death, property damage, or economic loss.
Because of constant improvement in manufacturing technology and process, the designs, dimensions, ratings and weights shown in our website and catalogs, while sufficiently accurate for most purposes, are subject to change.
